Part 2: Concept Posters together with customers
Applying the TREE-formula together with customers. After a short introduction by Rik to explain how and why we run this exercise and some 'warming up’, you will run an extensive couple of workshops together with one of your customers. The goal: to develop Concept Posters that start with customer frustrations as the origin of species.
Every participant/company team can invite 1 customer for this part of the workshop.
Part 3: Execution mode
Turning the concept posters into execution. You (and your team) now use the building blocks to re-compose the business and define new connections and new KPI’s. They also define missing building blocks that need to be developed or that can be solved by partnerships or ecosystems.
The outcome of the workshop is a new mindset, the drive and believe that innovation is a business driver, but also fun to do, a better understanding of extreme customer centricity, customer needs and frustrations, a couple of customer co-created projects, an action plan and a re-composition of the building blocks.
